The grapes are harvested by hand from vineyards which are over 40 years old. The grapes then undergo a cold maceration and are fermented inside new American oak barrels. New American oak barrels are used for the oak ageing for 10 months.
Tasting Notes:
Colour: Cherry red with ruby tones near the edge of the wine.
Aroma: Complex and a good balance between the ripe red fruits and the oak. Creamy and well blended.
Taste: Velvety in the mouth. Well structured with menthol notes.
