The grapes are harvested and selected by hand from the winery's own old vineyards which are over 100 years old. American oak barrels are used for the fermentation and maceration of the wine for 10 days. The wine is then aged for 18 months inside the same barrels and then aged in the bottle for a minimum of 24 months.
Colour: Intense cherry red.
Aroma: Floral and fruity with toasted notes.
Taste: Ripe fruits with a touch of oak. Eucalyptus notes, warm and expressive.
